申請信用卡及注意事項
Application and usage notes
申請：
外籍人士需提供薪資扣繳憑單、近三個月薪資轉帳存摺及載有申請人姓名及帳號之存摺封面或薪資單影本等財力證明，以及有效的護照、效期一年(含)以上的居留證影本，並提供保證人，且附卡申請人僅限跟隨其來台之配偶。餘依本行相關規定辦理。本行保留核准與否的權利。
Application:
Foreign applicants need to provide photocopy of tax withholding certificate; the most recent three-month bank passbook for salary account including the cover of the bank passbook with the applicant’s name and account number, or other supporting documents for proof of financial status such as payroll; and photocopy of valid passport and valid Alien Resident Certificate. In addition, a Taiwanese guarantor is required and additional card applicant can only be the spouse of the primary card applicant. Matters not provided herein would be handled pursuant to rules of Yuanta Bank. Yuanta Bank holds the authorization of the application at its sole discretion.

信用卡遺失時，可利用本行二十四小時信用卡掛失或服務專線辦理，並依規定收取掛失費用，

Loss of Card:
If a credit card is lost, please contact our 24-hour card service hotline to report the card loss. A card loss report fee will be required. For more details, please contact our customer service hotline 0800-688-168.

Dispute resolution, revolving credit interest rates, fees, cardholder’s benefits and privilege services:
We will notify the applicant regarding these matters by written of electronic documents. For more information, please contact our customer service hotline 0800-688-168.
