Mr. Shiu was formerly Executive Vice President of Communications Bank, the Chairman of Land Bank, the Chairman of Hua Nan Financial Holdings and Commercial Bank, and the President and Chairman of Mega Holdings and Commercial Bank.

Mr. Shiu graduated from National Taiwan University, and has a master’s degree from Indiana University.

Mr. Hsueh was the formerly Head of PwC Taiwan and the adjunct professor of Tsing Hua University. He is also an Independent Director of Walsin Lihwa Corp., LITE-ON Technology Corporation and Taiwan Tung Yang Chemical Industries Co., Ltd.

Mr. Hsueh possesses a master degree from the Accounting Institute of Soochow University and MBA from Bloomsburg Pennsylvania State University, USA.

Mr. Hung is a Taiwan & Chinese Certified Public Accountant. He is currently the independent director of Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd. and the Chairman of Ching Sheng Financial Consultants Limited and was the Deputy Chairman of PwC Taiwan and the Deputy Chairman of the National Federation of CPA Associations of R.O.C.

Mr. Hung earned master’s degrees from National Chengchi University College of Law and Department of Accounting.

Mr. Chang was the prosecutor of Taichung District Prosecutors Office, the judge of Taichung and Taipei District Court, the division leading judge of Hsinchu, Taoyuan, New Taipei and Taipei District Court, the Presiding Judge and the Judge of Taiwan High Court.
